Apartment located just 5 blocks from the civic center of our city with incredible views. Its location is ideal for being close to the center while still having tranquility.
The apartment is a very bright studio with beautiful views of Nahuel Huapi. It has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, an electric stove, and all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub. The heating in the apartment is provided by gas heaters.

THE KEY HANDOVER FOR THIS PROPERTY WILL BE AT OUR OFFICE.
