There's an amazing pool with a tiki bar. You won't believe the perfect breeze that blows through as you relax by the pool. The house has a charcoal and gas grill for your use. For the person who likes to workout on vacation, there's an elliptical on the terrace. Sit and relax on the balcony off of the monkey room. SANDCASTLE is walking distance to the dive shop, grocery store,(super foods), two beaches , (Eagle and Palm). You are located between the fine and (lay back) restaurants and bars.

Guest should know , any bookings during HOLIDAY REQUIRES A 10 NIGHT MINIMUM stay.

Nice Location and Property

This was our 2nd stat Sandcastle. It's a beautiful property with a pool, outside bar and eating area, lots of bedrooms with attached baths. A nice big kitchen. Kind-of central to island so great location. We will be back!

Had 10 of us stay here for a family vacation. Fantastic property! There are six separate bedrooms each with a queen bed and doors that have combination locks. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is amazing. Along with the inground pool, there is a beautiful built in bar with a bar stools, refrigerator, sink, and ice maker. Outdoor lighting means you can enjoy the pool area after dark. The location is very close to the beach (3-5 mins), although driving is necessary if you have beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. Incidentally, the house has all of these items for use to enjoy your beach day. The host, Julie, is super friendly and gives you a complete tour of the property when you arrive. If you have a large group, this is definitely the house for you! Would recommend and would stay here again.

Bathroom floors are recessed causing a terrible tripping hazard. One toilet was clogged and the Air conditioner condensation leaked in the room . The house was beautiful but showing some signs of age

Sandcastle Rocks!

It was a Girl's Trip to Sandcastle. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed to cook and party! Relaxing by the pool was a plus. We loved the gas grill and cooked and dined in the backyard, which was very nice. It was a quick walk to Super Foods market for everything we needed. However, we all thought that a walk to Eagle Beach was much more challenging since traffic was crazy, and a lot further than a 20 minute walk. Also, the steps were a bit of a challenge for 2 of us with knee issues, but we managed fine. All in all, the 4 of us had a great time and would recommend Sandcastle.

The property was located in an alley, there was a large dog next door that barked every night, which disturbed my rest & neighbor never tried to calm it. The shower didn't drain well in the bathrooms, I didn't have a bathroom light in the fish room until the last night of my stay, we could not use the hot tub due to a maintenance issue, which I was told I needed to repair, ( not my home nor should it have been my problem to fix) other than these issues the home was as advertised, I wish the advertisement explained in better detail as far as the price for all six bedrooms, gail did clarify afterwards. Julie the house host, was pleasant & accommodating

Overall it was great

A few unpleasant things:: the bathroom sinks did not drain, the monkey room sink leaked out on the floor. The shower in the lizzard room had hair in the drain left from prior guests. Unfortunately construction in the lot next door caused a large amount of dirt on the pool area, so much we could not use it a few days, we cleaned it and it was back the next day. Knowing the owner of sandcastle had no control of this. The discription of the property said walking distance to the beach, maybe for an athlete, but was really not very close. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and Aruba, just wanted to point out some things that left a little to be desired

Great home for a group

We had an amazing time during our stay at the Sand Castle! We had a group of 10 adults and it was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and outside area every evening. As with any home we’ve rented, there were a few minor issues but Gail, Richard, and Julie were very quick to respond and get things resolved. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans and utensils for cooking. We would definitely stay here again!

Sandcastle Noord Aruba

Great property to stay at. We really spent most of our time in the outdoor space. Pool, hot tub, 2 grills, pizza oven and tiki bar, why wouldn't you be there enjoying the sun. The inside was clean and spacious and has everything you need to feel at home. With in walking distance to Superfoods (for supplies and groceries) and the fofoti trees on Eagle beach. They were kind enough to leave is a bottle of wine and the material to make 2 pizzas as a welcoming gift. Thanks Gail. You have a great property!.

A great place for our large group!

There are many great things about the Sand Castle! Our group of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The back yard was our favorite place to gath.

The home was delightful. Very clean and as described. The only reason it did not get all 5 Stars was the contact number for the on site person was incorrect but the owner is now aware of that. I would not hesitate to rent this again or recommend it to others.

We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect for the most part. Julie the property manager was excellent and Gail and Richard are wonderful people they even came and brought us a crockpot!! The house is an older home which meant there were a few hiccups with things however they were promptly dealt with and the price I this place gives you so much bang for the buck (we are Canadian lol). Thank so much Gail, Eichard and Julie for filling my bucket once again

Family vacation

This was the best place we have stayed in aruba. We have been here numerous times and this was by far the most accessible. Grocery store near by, hot tub, pizza oven to use, pool and clean rooms and nicely decorated.We will be returning.

Awesome house! A little dated. Needs a few upgrades but overall location and house was great!

Had a few problems with the door locks…. Got locked out of one of the rooms. Mgmt company was a little slow in responding the next day. No toilet plunger on site. Beach cooler was locked in garage. Mgmt company had to come. Some of the Pool furniture outside needs to be replaced. Great location!!!! Love love Aruba!!

Great Spot, Out of the Way

Our stay was quite nice, and we enjoyed what amenities were offered. Especially the hot tub. There were some issues with drainage in one of the showers, but otherwise all amenities were in good shape. I recommend you rent a car as we did to get around!

disappointment

our stay was very disappointing. everything in the house is broken or poorly maintained. the jacuzzi head rests the sticky, the tiki bar has 2 bar stools there are 4 in the garbage. the curtains regularly fall, rod and all. a vacuum cleaner that doesn't work… an outdoor seating area that has had its day…. bbq that is too dirty to use. Too bad this house is still rented

Sand Castle Review

My family of 12, including my husband, 4 kids and 6 grandchildren stayed at Sandcastle for 8 nights. It was wonderful. The kids loved the pool. The property manager was super responsive and easy to work with, the owner was very responsive through the reservation process and questions. Highly recommend this property!

Retirement celebration

Our week at Sandcastle was wonderful. So close to the best beach I’ve ever been to (Eagle Beach). It was great to relax with morning coffee poolside, cook together in the spacious kitchen/dining room and gather for games or TV late into the evening. The Island itself offers more than you can possible do in one short week. I highly recommend it!

this property for the location and amenities. this quiet home , but so close to all
the action of the high rise. trade winds always blowing . this is because the way
this home is situated on the land. You can walk the neighborhood safely . and
you can also walk to the largest and newest food store on the island. you
never want to leave this wonderful retreat.

What makes this property unique

Cool down in your private pool .The tiki bar has a ice maker , fridge. and a sink. there is a charcoal grill and an electric grill, this is your choice. You also have a two burner grill for those large pots, like having a seafood boil. The list goes on. and the big plus is you are soooo close to all the night life and sights that Aruba has to offer!!!!!. Location Location Location!!!!!!!!
