Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful stay and the check in/out process was easy. The condo in general was a little dated but clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend and return ourselves. Our favorite thing was how easy it is to get to the beach and watching the sunrise every morning. We only have a couple suggestions, that are very solvable. We had a few flashing lightbulbs, not able to figure out the cause (outlet, fixture/lamp, bulb). Outdoor table on porch upstairs needs to be replaced. Watch for wasp nest on porches. We appreciate how quickly the the wasp nest was sprayed. House cleaning needs to leave a few more items, such as dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc, especially if guest are staying longer. We did locate housekeepers on the property that gave us more. We loved our stay!!!

The condo location was great. It has a nice view of one of the pool areas that it was very close to. The beach was easily accessible and only took a few minutes walk. The beach was beautiful and clean. Historic downtown was only a short drive away. We love St Augustine and we’ll be back!
