We stayed over the Memorial Day holiday and had a pleasant experience. We were appreciative of the dog friendly rental option as we brought our 60lb pup with us. The cabin is perfect for a couple looking for a weekend getaway with easy access to Fool Hallow Lake and hiking.

The home was beautiful, spotless, comfy, cozy and conviently located to fit our needs. The host was excellent and timely in responding to our questions and had great patience with us old folks, It felt like it was our home away from home. The altitude was so high that my spouse said you could reach out and touch the face of God! Can't say enough about this home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you would too! This was our first stay at a VRBO. The description of the property was just as we expected. We walked into a very welcoming living area and into the kitchen, which was stocked very well. I was very surprised to find an instant pot and an air fryer in addition to the standard kitchen supplies. The down stairs bedroom was very comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the patio or in the Adirondack chairs. If you have a pet that you're bringing the yard gives them safety with fencing all around and a lot of area to run and play.We look forward to staying at the Cutest Little A-frame in Show Low, again.Sandy and Joe

Good morning, Randal. Well, this is not the feedback we were hoping for. The location that the property is located in is Fool Hollow, a safe, family oriented, hard working community. Crime is low and many children play at the lake that is steps away. We need to address the house needs work. The home was remodeled from 2021 with a 50,000 budget to completely rehaul the home. With that said, since remodel that home has experienced a 242 5 star reviews, 2 4 star reviews. The home has served many folks occasions to include marriage proposals and many lifes celebrations. You have a right to your feedback, but our numbers and our past guests have spoken otherwise. Also you failed to include that you brought a pet into our home at the time of your reservation thus breaking house rules. Bringing a pet into someones home is disrespectful without asking. Also i spoke with you about the ONE issue we discussed verbally to operate the AC unit upstairs. At that time you made no mention of the multitude of issues that the home needs. Please mention issues at the time of reservation and not after. It leaves the host no chance to resolve problems. Thank you

This property is awful and very misleading. When we rented the property it said serene lakeside views. There were absolutely no lakeside views or lake in site. After asking about it the wording was changed on the picture. We didn’t stay anymore then 20 minutes in this home. Upstairs ac had a tube going out the window and when turned on had a bad smell. The host didn’t believe us because he was there earlier and said it didn’t smell. This house is surrounded by barking dogs and not in the best of neighborhood. I would highly suggest not renting this cabin. You would be very disappointed like we were.

This was Laura when she first walked into the A frame. “ We are in! It's lovely but a little warm. Just turned on the AC - we are fine! We brought in the trash cans. Are they to go back outside when we leave on Friday” Now after finding out that she broke house rules by bringing in her dog and not declaring we asked if she could make a payment and she did. Now, after having a great time she leaves this review. To all future guests, please make sure that you follow house rules and let us know if you have any questions before booking. This is also a quiet town in the mountains and please leave honest reviews and not because you didn’t follow rules and got charged pet fee. There’s no free pets anywhere. Thank you for staying Laura.
