This three-story lake house accommodates up to 12 guests:

Main level:
- 1 Master Bedroom with a King-size bed & en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2).
- 1 Bedroom with a full over full bunk bed and a full pull out trundle & a shared bathroom. Top bunk can hold 2 kids but recommended for only 1 adult by manufacturer (sleeps 6).

Upper level:
- 1 Bedroom with a King-size bed & a shared bathroom (sleeps 2)
- 1 Bedroom with a King-size bed & a shared bathroom (sleeps 2)

► RESORT POOL
You’ll have private access to our resort pool, which is exclusively shared among guests from just 8 houses, ensuring a tranquil and uncrowded experience. The pool is conveniently located only a 5-minute walk from the house. It is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, spanning May to September.

► FIRE PIT
Our private fire pit is conveniently located right by the house and offers beautiful views of the lake. There are 6 outdoor chairs for your comfort. It's a gas fire pit connected to a propane tank, so you just need to turn it on, and it’s ready to enjoy!

► GAME ROOM
You will love playing in the game room outfitted with a pool table, foosball table, basket-ball game and video arcade games. There is also an assortment of board games and a TV to watch your favorite shows/games.

► INDOOR HOME THEATER CINEMA
Enjoy some fun movie nights with your private Home Theater cinema!

► KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, cutlery, and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You will find two large refrigerators, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric tea kettle, Crockpot, a Keurig for single-serve pods and a coffee maker.
The dining table comfortably seats ten guests, and there are also two additional stools at the kitchen island, ensuring that everyone in your group can enjoy meals together in comfort.

► OUTDOOR GRILL
There is a private Gas Grill. We provide the Gas.

► PETS
We are a pet friendly cabin and you can bring up to 3 dogs as long as they are house broken/potty trained.
We welcome all breeds of dogs and have no restrictions on weight.
The pet fee is $150 for the whole stay for up to 3 dogs (the fee is not per dog).

► INTERNET/CABLE
High Speed Wireless Internet.
Smart TVs in the living room/game room as well as in each bedrooms (at the exception of the bunk room).

► LAUNDRY
Full size washer and dryer.

► PRIVATE PARKING
Parking for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway.

The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code.

► SMOKING
No Smoking indoors. You can smoke on the deck and in the large patio/outdoor area though.
