The newly remodeled accommodation is located in the main hotel area in Monarch, Ixtapa, a beautiful family and exclusive complex where you will never find the crowds of the hotels. A few minutes walk from the center of ixtapa and a few meters from the marina where you will find shops and restaurants. It has direct access to the beach and a fairly large pool area and temperate water, with area for children, beds and relaxed waterfalls.

Hi, I´m Lupita from Morelia, I´m mexican and i love the beach. Since i was a child my dream was living in a beautiful beach, well now i go often and enjoy a lot Monarca, i like to meet new people and share this magic place where you will relax and forget the time or any pendings.
Why they chose this property
I think the ubication beachfront is the best because you just go down and have the beach El palmar where you can have calm walks and take the sun, plus you have everything you need really close like shops, the marina, and ixtapa´s downtown.
What makes this property unique
Monarca is a familiar, calm, relaxing place, you won´t see the crowds of the hotels, you won´t pay the extra bracelet required in other condos in ixtapa. You can reserve your beach chairs for all the stay, so you won´t be worried about getting one for the day. The appartment is well illuminated and renewed, so it´s really pretty and supplies are new. This condo is ideal for handicap or people with low movility because there are ramps all over the place and we don´t have steps in the apt. Plus we have 3 elevators. Order and exclusivity is important for Monarca, and the people working there are really kind and nice, they´ll make you feel like family...
