Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take trash with you to the dumpster on the way out. Gather all used towels and toss in the bathtub. Put all dishes in dishwasher and run it. Turn off all lights and lock the door.

We do a staycation in this area each year, its our favorite part of the beach. This is a beautiful unit with great view! Looked forward to our mornings on the balcony to watch the sunrise. A water pressure which I have to note because it is that good. Sheets, towels, and kitchen items included. Would happily stay here again!

Great location. Nicely renovated. Check in was easy (door code given) parking pass was waiting in unit. Condo was very clean upon arrival, kitchen was equipped with what is needed to cook meals, there was nice furniture, comfortable beds and good showers with great water pressure. Sheets and bath towels were provided. Balcony faces the pool and has a nice view of the beach. Only one parking pass is allowed which wasn’t a big problem for us but might be for others. We would definitely stay here again.
