Eat there or bring back and eat on our deck which offers comfortable cushioned Erwin & Sons Patio Furniture and listen to the waves crashing!

THINKING ahead, the last thing you want to pack for your beach trip are those bulky beach necessities, so you can use ours! We love the beach at night, so you'll find turtle-safe red-beam flashlights to enjoy on your strolls! Hope you get to experience them while here!

MEXICO Beach includes stores and restaurants that are less than a 10-minute walk. Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Point Break Pizza or Mango Marleys, do some shopping in the unique, locally-owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Make sure to check out the Light House!! For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner.

PERFECT for snowbirds looking to escape the winter weather and ideally situated, you'll find the shore just a block away for swimming, boating, fishing, and beachside fun. Additionally, this home features boat parking and a fish-cleaning station, perfect for your return from a day of water adventures.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While our home does have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
