This small, family-friendly community, nestled between St. Joe Beach and Panama City Beach, offers gorgeous sunrises and sunsets filled with long, relaxing days on its beautiful, uncrowded beach. Escape to this charming, single-level Mexico Beach house, boasting sun-filled interiors and a much-desired location with EXTRAS you'll appreciate!
PURE bliss awaits inside the cozy, sun-drenched living area while you catch up on your favorite shows from the plush sofa or play board games at the dining table. With ample seating and charming beach decor, everyone can kick back and relax with ease. As the sun begins to set and the sky morphs into hues of pink and gold, kick up your feet in one of our comfortable plush chairs with cushioned ottoman on the front porch and relish the great company and swaying palms. Even better, roast marshmallows around the firepit and reminisce about another day in paradise. Great thought has been given to provide you the ultimate experience while relaxing and enjoying time with those that are special to you.
Bring your boat as we have ample parking and short distance to the boat ramp!

Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Point Break Pizza or Mango Marleys, do some shopping in the unique, locally-owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Make sure to check out the Light House!! Additionally, this home features boat parking and a fish-cleaning station, perfect for your return from a day of water adventures.
A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While our home does have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Secure cleaned beach equipment in storage totes as found, place cornhole game back in storage tote as found.
If you used Beach Towels, wash/dry and place back in closet as found.
All trash MUST be in bags.

Tim & I are from Cleveland, TN and LOVE beach life every chance we get. We sold our lake house to buy at the beach and even though it's further away from home than the lake house was, it's The Forgotten Coast that makes it worth the drive!
Why they chose this property
We visited The Forgotten Coast for the first time 10/2024 and fell in love with how quiet the area was and during that week stay, we bought our first Beach House with ZERO regrets. We decided to share our home away from home with you and provide to you ALL the things that we loved about vacationing with no stress. When visiting the beach before, we always had to fly and enjoyed a place with amenities so our packing was just clothes. We wanted to provide the same for you as our guest knowing you would appreciate the extras just like we did!
What makes this property unique
Our home is beautiful, inside and out! Amenities galore and just steps to the beach but yet when you return, it's ALL yours. You're not having to share space, hear noise or people talking above and beside you like condo life. You have the whole place to yourself with few homes on our street and the porch is a added perk for watching sunrises and hearing the waves crash on the shoreline ~ Easy walk to the beach to enjoy little foot traffic as we are not around any huge condos or hotels.
