Pleasant Condo with Hot Tub Access and Beautiful Views

Located on Warm Springs Creek and just a 5 minute walk from the world class Sun Valley ski area lifts, this cozy condo is a great place to be for easy access to all kinds of hiking, biking, and skiing adventures.

The condo has 2 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, and 2.5 baths. A full kitchen opens up to a dining room that looks out onto beautiful mountain vistas. Vibrant bedrooms and bathrooms make for a quaint space, and vaulted ceilings open up the bedrooms for grand effect. A fireplace in the living area surrounded by comfortable furniture creates a warm place for the family to gather. With incredible mountain views and sitting right atop Warm Spring Creek, this condo is truly at the heart of the beauty of Sun Valley. Full size washer and dryer in this unit.

Separate from each other but situated back-to-back, Prospector 204 and 205 can be booked together for extended families looking to stay close. Just steps away from the ski lifts, you will never be too far away from all Sun Valley has to offer! This complex has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the summer-use pool tennis and pickle ball court. *The Prospector 204 only allow parking for one vehicle. No extra parking spaces are permitted.

Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.

Was perfect for the 4 of us visiting my niece. Clean, had everything we needed and nice amenities like provided starter supplies. Pool was nice. Hot tub was closed during our stay. Close to town! Great view of mountains right out the window.

Super convenient location

We stayed in the condo end of June and enjoyed our visit. It's very convenient to downtown Ketchum. We biked all over! And the swimming pool and tennis & pickle ball courts were a bonus with very few other people using them. Also the Warm Springs creek runs along the property which is relaxing to listen to in the evening. The beds are very comfortable and it has plenty of bathrooms. We loved it!
