Fan/air conditioning was not working in the 2nd bedroom which when reported owner said couldn’t fix. Very disappointing as a mobile fan could have been offered to get a better nights sleep. Room very dark.Sun loungers would have been nice on patio but metal chairs. Spiral staircase - no handrail would not of been suitable for many including children. Doors, paintwork tired. Great location. Would not choose to stay here again given all of the above reasons - we very frequently return for up to 6 weeks but would look to stay else where in the area as plenty offering better value.
