Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bedding: Strip used sheets and pillowcases (excluding comforters and mattress pad covers) and place them in the basement in front of the locked door.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
 Grill If used, please clean and cover it. Boats Turn them over and place them on the deck.
✔ Collect any trash from the yard and place it in garbage bags.
Place all garbage bags in the large outdoor bins. If bins are full, put extra garbage between the white and green door at the entrance.
 Wildlife is common in the area do not leave garbage unattended
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
People who do not meet or follow house rules will not be eligible for a refund

Family 4th July Weekend

Our family of 8 enjoyed a long July 4th weekend at this property. The house has benefited from several recent upgraded ( Floors, AC, Kitchen & Baths.Open concept first floor is very nice.Quiet area with ample parking, Close to the many area attractions.Olga, property manager is outstanding and very responsive..

Great house for a large group! Excellent host

The house and property were large and private. Everything was clean and the house was well equipped with all needed items for a multi-day stay. Olga was impressively responsive and accommodating. We could not have asked for anything more!

Very Comfortable Getaway

Olga’s house is very spacious and we love how there is room for lots of family to be together without feeling crowded. We come in the winter, so being able to spread out between the basement recreation and game room, the generous living room, and the large dining room (where we can play lots of different board games at the same time) is key. Another pleasant surprise this year were the beautifully renovated bathrooms. The very spacious and functional kitchen was also refreshed. Our large family loves coming here!

From the moment we got there everything was perfect - the check in experience, the house - everything was great. The pictures were as is, the location was amazing. Wouldn’t change a thing.

I truly wouldn’t change a thing about my stay at this wonderful rental. Myself and about 10 of my closest friends spent a weekend here and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and all amenities were as advertised. Owner was very helpful with anything we needed. The hot tub and deck overlooking the lake were incredible. Would absolutely rent again and recommend to friends.

Great Stay

House had plenty of space for my whole family. Lots to do at the house. The paddle boat, hot tub and play room were a great plus. There were twelve of us and we could all sit at the dining table. If you're planning on doing a lot of cooking I would suggest picking up a couple of lidded storage containers at a dollar store. Olga was very quick to reply to my questions.

Great Home in the Poconos

I recently stayed at Olga's property attending the Nascar event at Pocono Speedway and was blown away by this home. It had everything a home should have and was extremely spacious. There is enough room to easily sleep 12-14 adults plus additional children. Communication with Olga was extremely easy and she was able to answer any and all questions about the property and check-in process. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and right on a small lake! I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away to the Poconos for a vacation!

Better than expected

It was a pleasure communicating with Olga. Whenever I had a question, she would respond instantly. The location is wonderful and was better than expected. There's everything you need and more. The game room came with an air hockey and foosball table. My family was very happy with their stay. We would stay here again to experience it during the winter or the summer. Thank you Olga!

Thanksgiving at the POND

We spend four days of Thanksgiving with 20-member family aged 2 to 99. The house very large and accommodated us easily. The dining room and living room area are well-furnished for a crowd. While it was cold, we enjoyed looking at the pond through picture windows, and the children enjoyed the swing set. The hot tub and sauna were huge hits as well. A real positive is the community which has tennis, basket ball courts, and indoor swimming pool. The serpentine roads in the community are perfect for walks. Not far are serious hiking trails as well as the scenic drive up Mt. Camelback. We enjoyed it all!

All that and more!

This was a first time trip to the Poconos with our family and this home was a perfect choice! There was 8 of us in total and the home was more than enough to spread out comfortably. It exceeded our expectations with a home like setting, exceptionally spacious and clean. The amenities included everything we needed. The location was easy to find, so peaceful and tranquil right on the water. My son spent the 3 days we were there in his glory by fishing from morning to night. We enjoyed the hot tub/ sauna, the pool table, the outdoor space, the grills and more. The Walmart and other stores were within a 5-10 minute ride, great location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone whose looking to travel with a large family, awesome!

Great house for a family getaway

The house was perfect for my family, it’s a large, comfortable space with just about everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and well furnished for young children, the bathrooms are immaculate and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the living area is very big. We cooked every meal there making full use of the outdoor grill and smoker, and Shop Rite isn't far away. The backyard was larger than expected and the swing set was a big hit with the little ones, the pond had lily pads with flowers and boating was a lot of fun. We had s’mores at the fire pit made good use of the sauna and hot tub too. Olga immediately responded to the few questions I had and she made me feel very welcome in her home. My entire experience with booking, my stay, and checking out was easy and stress free. The house was great and I’d recommend it to families with young children in particular but I think it would suit just about anybody.

Wonderful property!

The place was so clean, the amenities aplenty, the house was huge, and Olga was very helpful and responsive. Signs around the house very helpful. More bedrooms than we expected based on the description and photos. One queen in the basement along with a game room - pool table, foosball, air hockey, and poker table. Main floor has another queen room, small single room, and 1.5 baths. The indoor hot tub and sauna were awesome. Main floor also has a nice kitchen, comfy couch (feel between the seats, they all have levers to recline), and big table. Top floor has two bathrooms, 3 queen rooms, and another large bedroom with 2 queen beds that can be separated by pocket doors, and a single bed that can be closed off from the other beds. Lots of options! Backyard has a swing set which our kids loved, access to the pond and boats was amazing too. Good fire pit. Access to the community center was a plus too. I would recommend this house for large families.

A great big comfortable house

We booked the house as a large group, six couples and too many small children to count, and the house more than met our needs. Between the main living room and the downstairs rec room there was plenty of space for the kids to play during the day and the adults to relax at night. The dinning room table is huge. There is ample outdoor space but unfortunately we booked during a rainy February weekend so we didn't get a chance to use it. The hot tub is a nice addition but unfortunately the sauna wasn't working when we were there. There is also a combo gas/charcoal grille under an awning on the back deck. There is a fire pit with fire wood but again, the weather stopped us from enjoying that. The house is even more family friendly than the listing indicates. There are I think three high chairs, two cribs, and two toddler beds. There are also gates at the stairs and even a bottle warmer in the kitchen! Overall the house was great (thankfully since we were stuck inside all weekend) and would be amazing in the summer with the lake in the backyard and all the other nearby activities.

wonderful time

the house was great for our family - 7 adults and 5 kids between two and six. the kids loved fishing off the dock and riding in the paddle boat and canoe on the little pond. there was a lot of space for everyone. the large dining table was terrific - we could all sit down to eat together. the foozeball, pool, and air hockey tables were a big hit. and the playset was put to good use. the deck was nice (though a few more umbrellas for when it was was sunny would have added to its enjoyment). the kitchen was very well stocked (except you should bring your own food storage containers for leftovers). the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms large (though the basement bedroom was a little musty). the house was not quite as fresh as some might like - bathrooms, kitchen counters, walls, towels - though really wasn't a problem (but I would bring some pillow covers - while the pillow cases were clean, the pillows had stains). also make sure you understand that the lakes in the community (as well as the pools) are off limits to renters unless you're willing to pay the $20 per person fee, which becomes prohibitive for large groups. there are lakes in state parks that are quite nice, but they're about a half hour or more drive away. there's a great free playground about a 15 minute drive away. all in all, the house really worked well for us!

I loved the house! It went on and on!! Pretty of room for our 11 family members, ages 2-65. The backyard had plenty of room to play. The pond was nice and really didn’t have too many mosquitoes. It was a little difficult to discover family activities in the area, but as the week went on, it was fine. The amenities were nice but pricey. There could be a few more towels left for us. The host was fantastic. Very responsive.

We had a LOVELY stay in the Poconos. The house was incredibly clean and we loved the location. On a small private pond that was nice for fishing and kayaking. We spent time sitting on the deck and playing outside with our kids. The house is wonderful for kids. Cribs, toddler beds, toys, highchairs…all there. So nice as busy parents not to have to think about those things. The rooms were spacious and sleeping spaces abundant! The kitchen has everything you could possibly want! We loved the location and the amenities that we got day passes for. Olga was easy to communicate with and offered ideas for us during our stay! We had a blast!
