The host was great! The location is excellent in that it’s in a historic building and walking distance to so many sites. Being above the oldest saloon was a treat! Food was great there and so was the service. The apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay and was clean but could use a deep clean.

The location was very nice. Ample street parking for overnight. Numerous local restaurant choices close by. Close walk to lower Seattle where Pike Place is. History of the building was a draw and while the building is very old, the upgrades made for a nice stay. We were disappointed the cafe was never open while we were there.

Super cute apartment in an awesome location. We walked to Pike Place Market and the Ferris wheel. Great restaurants nearby. All walkable! The host, Darcy, is wonderful! She gave us dinner recommendations and answered questions about the area. Five stars!!!

The property was clean, well appointed and as described, except for the 48 steps to the 3rd floor. A bit of a task for an older person to lug a 20kg suitcase up the stairs. Noise was not a problem and the location was great. I enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The sheets were pilling which made it a little hard to sleep. That being said, it was very spacious. We really enjoyed being able to stay there and be close to the water.

The place was clean. Its not ideal for me. Dark and dusty. Its very close to pier which is a plus. It served my purpose for one night. Darcy was abrupt when I asked for physical address. I booked this hotel last September, I didn't get the code and other pertinent information get info.

The location was perfect-walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do! Though it was on a busy street, we could not hear any noise in the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fan was very much appreciated. The cleanliness was a little lacking. Everything was dusty and the cabinet fronts had dried splatters on them. Despite that, it was a perfect place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

The cutest little apartment, learned some history about. Neat story. Also right across the street from underground tour! A must do! Little warm at night, but would suggest maybe the a/c unit be placed in the bedroom. But I like to sleep very cold.

Brilliant location in lovely, historic Pioneer Square area. Easy walking distance from highlights Smith Tower, underground tours and great restaurants.Above oldest saloon in Seattle. Be prepared to climb 2 flights of stairs.

Super cute place! And really secure. I travel by myself so a piece of mind when it comes to safety is always a must. This place was great and the kitchen and washer and dryer were super helpful!

Charming space in the heart of the action in Seattle. Darcy was so helpful with the check in process, which VRBO made more complicated than it needed to be. The apartment had tea & coffee making, plenty of towels & decent internet. We were able to watch the World Cup match in the comfy living room which was a bonus. Our main issue was the noise, which was probably due to the July 4 weekend and World Cup events going on

Perfect location and the building is safe and secure. The building is very old and it felt a bit dusty or perhaps the carpet needed steam cleaning in the unit. Otherwise it was excellent value.
