Excellent stay for a family reunion

The home was well-appointed with beautiful views and stocked with all the things necessary to enjoy meal preparation and service for 9-10 relatives or friends. I especially loved the master bath and hot tub. If you host a golf outing at exceptional Pole Creek Golf Club, look to your left just before the fairway bunker on the first hole and wave to folks on the deck. Though we didn’t use the two-car garage they are an exceptional benefit in mountain weather.

We booked this home when having our wedding in the area in September, it exceeded every expectation we had! It’s a beautiful home, that you can tell is well taken care of by the family that owns it. Mornings are very enjoyable sitting on the patio with georgeous views and wildlife running around. The living room is very open with huge windows and amazing views, and the kitchen is great for hosting/larger groups. The home is very spacious and well kept, and the owners were very accommodating to our requests. Will definitely work with Evolve again and stay here the next time we are in the area!

Excellent location.

With the chaos that comes with a last minute decision for a quick vacation, this place definitely made the trip worth while. The location is great between Grandby and Winter Park, the property is well maintained, and it offers many things to do either inside or out. I would definitely recommend.

Mountain Paradise

This very clean home had a wonderful view, was very secluded and quiet, and next to an amazing golf course. It was very well stocked in all areas with a game room, weight room, and bedrooms that each had their own bath. The pantry was amazingly well stocked. The shaded deck had a wonderful mountain view!

This house had a wonderful view and location next to a golf course. It is very secluded and quiet and we saw deer every day in the back yard. The house was very, very clean and very well stocked in all areas. It has a wonderful game room and has games and toys for all ages. It was wonderful to sit on the back deck or sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view.

Beautiful Home

House and location is extremely beautiful. The only problem we had was that house was not clean. In the rules, it specifies no pets. We found dog hair all over the place even in the beds. I feel for the amount of money you pay for this place, it should come clean.

The house was very nice, perfect getaway! Only thing that owner should do is better equip the kitchen, bare minimum pots, when you have big parties of ten people and more then you need to have more than what is there!

Needs some TLC

We rented this property about 4 years ago and were excited to stay again. We were disappointed to discover that the house was not as clean or well stocked as it was 4 years ago. We paid a decent amount of money to stay and did not expect to be laking basic kitchen necessities and dealing with dirty floors and ants. The kitchen had no oven mits, a disgusting toaster oven, and the drawers and shelves were packed with dirty unnecessary items. (All very easy and affordable things to fix.) We were told we had to update our reservation and come a day later for "COVID" cleaning. However, the house did not appear any cleaner than normal and maybe even dirtier. The carpets did not look vacuumed and are in need a steam cleaning. The counter in the kitchen appeared unclean and there was an ant and spider issue is the basement. The master shower and sinks did not drain. We contacted management and the lady seemed annoyed with us. We also had to ask about trash but we were staying for almost two weeks and needed trash service. Jeff was great and came to fix the shower and sinks for us and he removed our trash. However, this should be something the cleaning crew noticed when "COVID" cleaning the shower and sinks. It was really gross, you couldn't even run the water for 5 minutes without standing in several inches of water. This is a great house in a great location but just needs some love from the owners/rental management company.

Hi Nicole, the homeowner has asked us to share the following: Thank you for your comments about your recent stay at our mountain home. While we are saddened the condition of the home did not meet your expectations, we appreciate that you took the time to let us know where we fell short, so that we can improve. Here is what we are doing (and have done) to address the situation: - We hired an exterminator to deal with the ant problem and believe the issue has been remedied. - We purchased a new toaster oven and oven mitts. - When we were at our house prior to your stay, all sinks and showers drained well. I am not sure what happened in the interim, but when we learned of the issue, we immediately authorized Jeff to perform the fixes. - We don't typically offer special trash service as stays rarely exceed a week in length. In the future, we will arrange to have the property management company remove trash periodically during longer stays. Again, we are glad Jeff was able to take care of the situation. - The cleanliness issues are of significant concern and we are working with our property management company to understand what went wrong. It sounds like cleaning was done poorly, if at all. This is unacceptable and will be remedied immediately. One last note - we are constantly upgrading items in the house and more recent upgrades include two new flat-screen TVs downstairs, a new audio system, enhanced bandwidth, and a new shower head in the master bath. Thank you again for telling us about your recent experience at our home. Your feedback is valued and heard.

Cabin in the woods

This was a great place for our family to stay during my sister's wedding. The kids loved the hot tub! We really like that each bedroom had an attached bathroom. The location on a golf course in the woods, was great (very secluded and quiet).

Great family vacation!

The house was perfect for out family vacation. Kids and grand kids from Texas and Michigan. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Close to Granby and Winter Park. Plenty of room for everyone. It was the perfect spot for us.

Priceless! Fabulous Thanksgiving stay!

This home was just perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The setting was beautiful as was the house. We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was wonderful! Every year our family goes to a home to celebrate the holiday. This experience was our best yet!
