Condo was exactly as the pics showed. Beautifully renovated with nice cookware which was important to us as we cook every night.The view from the balcony was nothing but beach & ocean. Excellent place for dinner & wine. Great to have an elevator. The condo is small making it the perfect space for a couple. But overall could not ask for a nicer place.

Tub drain slow also sink in bathroom drain stopper plugs sink. Water on refrigerator didn’t work. Bathroom trash was full unemptied. Sliding glass handle about to fall off. Main entry door knob was almost broke….. even with all that it was a good vacation with breathtaking views.

No problems with the accommodation but the parking had some hiccups. One of my parking keys didn't work and I received a citation for not displaying the parking permit but the parking permit don't fit on newer car mirrors

Beautiful ocean view. Gorgeous comfortable interior design. Easy elevator access. No steps! Beach access was nice Quiet and Peaceful place. Great location to grocery and restaurants and pier. Take your own staples including dishwasher detergent. I recommended they stock a broom or working vacuum. Washer dryer combo was neat! Didn't have to switch loads.

The property was very clean and well stocked with dishes and appliances. Linens were included. You do have to bring paper products and such, but that is all stated in the listing. Just steps away from beach access. Highly recommend!

Condo was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the deck/porch very much and access to the beach.Did have to call host organization for a few items and they were very helpful.Needs an improved lock/access system. Door was not as secure as I would have liked. It locked, but felt like it could be easily knocked in physically.
