A nice place to spend your holidays.
The house is located on a hill between the vineyards and has a terrace with a stunning view. The surrounding garden is also very beautiful. Francesca and Giovanni did there best when they rebuild an old pig stall "La Cochonnière", the interior has a lot of tasteful details. It's not far from the sea and there is a pool which the owners did not used during our stay. A holiday to remember and a place to go back to!

Traumblick
La Cochonnière ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, blitzsauberes Ferienhaus mit allem, was für einen gemütlichen Ferienaufenthalt nötig ist. Von der hübschen Veranda aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf Weinberge, Sonnenblumenfelder und Berge. Zum Ferienhaus gehört ein schöner Garten mit Tischtennisplatte und Swimming-Pool.
La Cochonnière ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, Fabriano...
Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können das Ferienhaus allen wärmstens empfehlen, die einen entspannten, ruhigen und naturnahen Urlaub verbringen möchten.

Wunderbar!
Wir waren im Rahmen unserer kleinen Italien-Rundreise (Gardasee-Marken-Toskana-Gardasee) eine Woche hier zu Gast und selbst unsere Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre) waren traurig, als diese Woche zu Ende war.
Wer ein individuelles Ferienhäuschen mit Ruhe, herrlichem Blick von der Terrasse auf weinbewachsene Hügel und Sonnenuntergang inmitten eines wunderbaren Gartens sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist originell, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet und in Wirklichkeit fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos.
Man genießt hier Ruhe und Privatsphäre, die Vermieter sind jedoch bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar und kümmerten sich rührend darum, dass es für uns ein perfekter Urlaub wurde, inklusive Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps. Die Region Marken ist touristisch noch nicht so frequentiert, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Sommerferien in La Cochonnière
Perfekte Unterkunft für eine vierköpfige Familie. Ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt zu den Vermietern.
