Overall a good stay for 5 to 6 people that is close to food and attractions at Ayer Itam (including the funicular train station to go up Bukit Bendera/Penang hill) and the host was very helpful and was there in person to make sure we settled in alright. The host also shared with us location of events that were talking place, markets and places to visit. However, the place was a little smaller than expected and located in an older flat with a somewhat mouldy stench in Ayer Itam.
