New apartment, very cozy. Surrounded by malls, supermarket and food places. Easy access, by car, public transportation and near to kalibata train station only 10 min walking distance away.
Good facilities, swimming pool, futsal, and mini waterboom (some are still on progress of development)
Close to Halim Airport by taxi (only about 15 minutes). To go to city center like grand indonesia or plaza indonesia or sarinah u can take train 1 way about 15 to 20 min away. Please noted I don't provide water heater
i am providing wifi in the unit (unlimited)

I really loved to stay in this well furnished studio for several reasons. Mr Nanda was a very friendly and helpful landlord. The location of the studio is really nice because it's in a quiet area, Pancoran Riverside,between 2 very big, noisy and traffic jammed roads. Kalibata train station is at walking distance and travelling by train in a huge, congestioned city like Jakarta was a very cheap and convenient way to travel around. The price was very affordable for my month stay.

Why they chose this property

I used to work in this area, that is whybi bought the unit, so i can be closed to work, but now i am using this unit only for investment. And since pandemic, to keep the unit healthy and safe, i regularly fogging and clean the unit with disinfectant
