With 4 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 sets of twin bunkbeds bedroom) and 3 bathrooms, this home offers space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Imagine starting your day with a refreshing swim in the saltwater pool, then relaxing in the spa to melt away any stress. The lanai offers a perfect spot for sunbathing or hosting gatherings with friends and family. And when the evening chill sets in, the cozy living room with a fireplace is the ideal place to snuggle up and enjoy a family movie night or play board games. Located in the NW, a few miles from Matlacha which offers shops, restaurants, around 20 miles to Punta Gorda Airport.

Thank you for considering our property for your stay! We wanted to provide a quick note regarding the pool and hot tub temperatures, especially in case of colder temperatures during your visit.

Due to the cost of electricity, the maximum temperature for the pool is 75 degrees and maximum temperature for the hot tub is 100 degrees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off all lights and fans, make sure pool/spa lights and bubbles are off, set AC to 78 degrees.
Please make sure front door, sliding doors, windows and pool bathroom door are closed and locked and garage doors are closed. Please do not lock door going into the garage.
Make sure all remotes for TVs and fans are put back and gas cooktop knobs are turned off, firepit and gas grill propane tanks are turned off. Take a moment to fill out our guest book.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Note: in colder weather, the pool is limited to 75°F and the hot tub to 100°F due to electricity costs.

The Hot tub and pool were beautiful and heater works perfectly!! House was clean and had everything you need. Also nicely decorated!! Beds were comfortable!! Would highly recommend!!
