Our modern and beautiful 4 bedroom Scandinavian luxury home is located at the beautiful and quiet community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. This secluded tropical paradise features a stylish and modern accommodation for 8+ guests and is just newly renovated with luxury materials and in absolute top condition. Here you can enjoy the 4 Star spectacular golf course or enjoy the sun while splashing around in your private pool.

The spacious family room has 2 dinning areas and nice relax corner with a 55" big flat screen TV. The open floor plan gives you plenty off room to relax with friends and family. A fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar that covers all your dining needs. All granite countertops and top of the range stainless steel appliances.

The two master bedrooms offer king beds, one with looks out over the pool area and a private specious bathroom and a large walk in closet. The second master bedroom faces the front garden and includes a private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms offer queen bed and twin beds and built in wardrobes. The 3rd bathroom services the 2 queen/twin bedrooms with W/C and shower. All bedrooms offers big flat screen tv´s.

The spacious screen-enclosed outside terrace and pool area with a magnificent view overlooking the 12th fairway of the golf course is a real delight with a large renovated pool, lounge area, flat screen tv, BBQ grille and patio heater. The pool can be heated if required. ($25/night or $150/week).

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is closed community with calm and safe surroundings that includes childrens playground, community pools, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, bar and the award winning Southern Dunes Golf course. There are many restaurants nearby, and 2 major supermarkets conveniently located at the front of the community - Wal-Mart & Winn Dixie (walking distance). There are many shopping malls close by to suit all ages and tastes.

Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top condition, well equipped and well supplied. We have a site manager living at Southern Dunes ready to address any of your issues or problems.

Covid-19 update.
Our professional, local teams are committed to providing a clean and safe home for you. On top of our standard cleaning guidelines, we’ve now launched a enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness. This new cleaning program meets and exceeds CDC recommendations and guidance from hospitality industry experts. We also only use EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) authorized products for cleaning.

Bed linens.
We have replaced all bed linens and our comforters are now upgraded to interchangeable duvet covers to improve hygiene standards.
All our pillows have protectors which are fully washable as are our mattress protectors.
For the safety of our guests all bed linens, duvets, pillow cases, pillow protectors are always washed between guests.
