Katie and her guests treated our home with care and respect, just like you’d expect from friends or family. Everything went smoothly communication wise. House rules were respectfully observed and the space was left neat and clean. We would gladly host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts

Carolyn was a wonderful guest. She took perfect care of the property. We welcome her back any time.
This property is so beautiful. It was nice to sit on the deck and just look at the mountains in peace and quotes. The actual home itself is beautiful, clean, efficient, and smells like a wood cabin. I think I found my new yearly vacation spot. I love being out in the middle of nowhere and this place is it.

Melissa was a great guest--very neat and clean, a wonderful guest. She treated our place like it was her home! She is welcome to come back anytime.
Thus was the perfect getaway for us! Its hard to find pkaces with our reactive dog, but this place was perfect! She loves the outdoors and the walling trail was perfect, we really enjoyed how secluded it was and the views were spectacular! Would definitely book again
Wow! This was an impulsive weekend getaway and we are already looking forward to a weeklong stay next year. I like to cook when I travel and I’ve been known to bring few of my favorite kitchen utensils with me, but this place has everything and all of it is high quality. The place is clean and dog friendly, and there are plenty of trails out back to entertain the dogs, which was an unexpected bonus. And after a few minutes in that sauna, we slept better than we’ve slept in months. looking forward to our next trip already.
This was one of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed in. The cabin was gorgeous and fully stocked. The layout was perfect for our family of five. The miles of trails to explore right on the property was a huge highlight. We spent so much time snowshoeing and cross country skiing and then enjoyed relaxing in the sauna. The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with.We are very much hoping to return and have already recommended this property to friends and family.

It was a pleasure hosting Brianne & her family. They took wonderful care of the property and it was fun to see them enjoy the grounds. They were great communicators, asking and answering questions throughout their stay. We look forward to hosting them again in the near future.
We had an amazing stay! Family of 5 with 3 teenagers and we had more than enough space to spread out in this brand new home. The spacious layout and decor is exactly what you’d expect of a secluded mountain retreat. Sid was an excellent host and helped out with any questions we had, and check in was a breeze. We were lucky enough to get 12” of snow during our stay and he cleared the driveway and large back deck right away. Sunday River was a short easy 30 minute drive away. We will definitely be returning!
