Raiwasa is a dream experience in a dream location. You’ll be entranced by the magical world in which you find yourself; pampered like royalty by a staff of 12 in an awe-inspiring tropical setting few people ever get to appreciate. You’ll marvel at the unique sights, sounds, and tastes of a pristine environment that blends five star comfort and lifestyle experiences you will never forget.
What really makes our experience unique is our software (service) but obviously we have some pretty incredible hardware as well. Here is more about that.
ACCOMMODATION: House, Garden, Pool & Decking
Your own private 3-acre retreat with a collection of rare palm trees, Banana, Papaya, Pineapple, Orange and Lemon trees.
+ Beautiful timber beam and column structure ground floor [1615 ft2 / 150m2] with 2 king bedroom with open ceiling design and 2 full bathrooms.
+The 3 bedrooms/bathrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. One bedroom is in a mezzanine upstairs, ideally suited for children older than 13.
+ Luxurious outdoor honeymoon showers [270 ft2 /25m2].
+ Stainless steel refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen.
+ Large veranda / wrap around decking [463ft2 / 43m2].
+ Your own private mirror edged pool with no vis a vis [30ft x 13 ft / 9m x 4m].
+ Two covered bure’s (one overlooking the pool and ocean and the other at the beach level).
+One dining/observation deck.

Considering your culinary preferences, you will encounter exciting taste combinations inspired by the many different cultures throughout the Pacific Region – embracing the use of locally grown, fresh, and mostly organic ingredients.

The Raiwasa Villa is owned by Patrick and Erika who found their piece of paradise and welcome you with open arms to share all of its exotic delights and comforts.
They are an international family; Patrick is French-Swiss and American; Erika is Swedish; children Oskar and Estelle were born in the U.S. and raised in the US and Europe and are trilingual. They discovered Taveuni while taking a break to travel the world after years of hard work and the shock of losing friends to cancer. Out of all of the places they visited they fell in love with Taveuni and the Fijian people.
In 2010 the family spent six months in Tavenui and redesigned and renovated the villa. They continue to use their home as much as they can—school schedules permitting—and the remainder of the time they are happy to share its magnificence with weekly visitors. The home has been completely renovated in 2016.
