Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please put damp or used towels and bedding in the shower enclosure. Turn off all lamps and overhead lights in the unit and return the HVAC to 65 if using heat and 78 if using AC.
Remove any food/supplies in refrigerator and all trash in the bags provided and place in the black trash cart in the rear of the house.
Leave the unit key on the chest and the unit door unlocked. DO lock the back door and the outer door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
