Cleanliness and guest comfort are extremely important to us. When a concern regarding the sheets was raised, we immediately offered a replacement during the stay, which the guest declined. The property is located within a residential community, and we do not manage public or shared areas outside the unit. No safety concerns were reported to us during the stay, and there were no incidents. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately if they feel uncomfortable so we can assist or escalate appropriately. On a last note, This is a privately owned condominium within a residential community and does not operate as a hotel. Guest support is provided directly by the host, as outlined in the listing.
