Relax and enjoy beautiful East Tennessee in this spacious, homey 3 bd 1 ba house situated in a safe neighborhood just 5 minutes to local shopping, restaurants, and recreation. Enjoy exploring local shops and eateries, as well as many outdoor attractions within a leisurely drive 30 min or less away—Wind rock OHV park, Frozen Head State Park, Caney Creek Marina, Ozone Falls, to name a few. It’s about 10 minutes to Roane State College and Roane County Park with tennis, trails, kayak launch etc.

Parking off-street, 2 car carport plus space for trailer/boat in the driveway

Home away from home

Property has nice location in neighborhood setting. Is close to town for shopping, restaurants and fast food. We enjoyed visiting a few local antique shops while there. Home was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again when we return to the area.

We were visiting family and this was nearby and fit us well. The owners were very responsive and kind. One feature of the property we found a huge plus was using the covered carport/patio for relaxing in the shade and eating meals.
