Beautiful 4 Bed/3.5 Bath Gulf Shores beach house located directly on the lagoon and nestled only 3 blocks from the Gulf! Offering serene Gulf and Lagoon views, this house is the perfect location! Our amenities include 1 heated pool, 1 kid pool, hot tub, boardwalk to pier on the lagoon, grill, and beach chairs! Emerald Isle West is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort for your beach group!

The house features 3 King bedrooms, plus a spacious "junior" bedroom that sleeps 4. Additional sleeping on a queen sleeper sofa. Air mattresses are available on request. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1.5 downstairs. Enjoy multiple decks with both gulf and lagoon views, 2 pools, a hot tub, a grill, and a storage area with all the beach essentials!

Coffee Bar set up with starters of coffee, creamer, sugar, and flavorings!

Complimentary Beach Chairs, and other Beach essentials for Guest use

Note: The "junior" bedroom is open to the stairway therefore it is not totally private. It is a perfect room for kids.

The property is on a narrow strip of land in-between the bay & the beach. Walking to the beach takes about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your age. The left side of this duplex is very well maintained & has lots of amenities. The beautiful pool & hot tub are shared with 5 other families. I do recommend this property & Sunny Beaches.

Patti was so gracious to host us last minute after our original rental fell thru due to a cleaning issue. This was an absolutely beautiful home on the lagoon and I would absolutely stay here again. Very spacious and clean.
