Outside fire pit to enjoy the crisp nights and s`mores. Easy walk out to the water. House is close to common area for easy boat launch. Two kayaks and life vests available for your enjoyment.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

● As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included as the Trust and Safety Fee in your rental rate.

● The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 ($0 deductible) for content and $12,500 ($2,500 deductible) for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and kwLakeside Rentals Lake Anna will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.
