We have some reviews # 4265979 Casa Blanca includes four luxury rental accommodations in one private ocean front property located in the exclusive private beach resort known as Punta Leona.
Casa Blanca's Penthouse sits on top of the 3 story ocean front property. The casa blanca house has 7 bedrooms fitting 18 guests total . Its main bedroom 2 guest a king bed with ocean & mountain views which includes a private jacuzzi + two showers. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds 4 guest and a private bathroom. Each has its own A/C unit to control the room temperature. There is a spacious living room with cable TV and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room for 12 guests, pool table ,poker table ,3 bathrooms, a ocean front Large BBQ area, , infinity pool ocean view front 70 meter swimming with 45 meter lap lane , incredible sunset and beach Panoramic Ocean views.

If accommodations are desired for additional 4 to 12 guests, 3 other units within the property are available in the property's 2nd level, which includes additional amenities (Infinity pool, BBQ, garden). They include: 1) A studio with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom fitting 4 guests; 2) Condominium I with 2 bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed fitting 4 guests; 3) Condominium II with 2 bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed fitting 4 guests.

The property is located within the Punta Leona Private Beach Club. The Club charges for the use of its facilities (restaurants, swimming pools, etc) as follows: $10 in low season & $30 in high season per person; $20 per car.

Casa Blanca overlooks one of the finest white sand beaches in Costa Rica: Playa Blanca. Its waves are moderate, its water clear blue, with palm trees that provide plenty of shade. It is located along with changing rooms, showers & a beach snack bar within a 5-10 min walk downhill. Parking is located within a 4 min walk. Renting a golf car within Punta Leona is a very practical option due to the many hills within the club.

Punta Leona is located one hour and twenty minutes from San Jose's international airport. Nearby tourists enjoy hiking at Carara National Biological Reserve located 25 min away. Manuel Antonio National Park located 1.2 hr away is also a very popular destination. The bustling town of Jaco with its many restaurants, shopping and nightlife is located 20 min away. Don’t miss enjoying lunch or dinner at Villa Caleta, a first class hotel/restaurant only ten minutes away - its view of the golf is amazing!!!

When you enter Punta Leona you will know you are in a very special place. You will drive through interlocking pavers, passing through bamboo grooves and the jungle. There are many trails for your exploration. You can charter first class boats for game fishing, play golf and enjoy 1st class restaurants at Los Sueños Resort, perhaps the most luxurious condo yacht harbor development in Central America, located only 15 minutes away.

Shirleny is an amazing host! 10/10. She helped us to connect with an incredible guide, Oscar, connect with rental cars, an amazing chef, excursions, a family photographer, and was just available for all the first timer questions to make our vacation so memorable. The house was so much better than a resort. The pools, views, location to beach, pool table, and layout fit our party of 11 perfectly to have space or be together. Yes, rooms are separated on different floors, but they’re like mini suites and private, so it worked great for our grown kids, while the little could stay near parents! She even stocked our kitchen with fruit and coffee as we arrived at 2 am.Absolutely would stay here again!

Beautiful Property with Amazing Views

We stayed in this property (6 adults and 5 children) and had a great time. The house was beautiful and had amazing views. The host Shirleny and her family were super sweet, very helpful and easy to communicate with. They arranged transportation, the chef and excursions to make sure we had a great trip. I would recommend this house to others.

Gorgeous property. Wonderful stay. The accuracy of the address could have been better. If they said go to Los Chanchitos and meet gate attendants and then gave a coordinates address it would have been easier. The view, accommodations, pool, and beach here are gorgeous. We will come back and recommend to others!

This was a dream vacation. The property was out of this world!! Best view on the mountain. Very private and quiet. You really do feel like you're ontop of the world. The inside of the home is just as breathtaking. Lots of light and very open. Everything was clean and well maintained :)

THE FINEST VIEWS FROM THE BEST POOL IN PUNTA LEONA

For my liking, Casa Blanca has the best views on all of the Central Pacific of Costa Rica. From house and pool, you see the finest beach, some small rocks, and the birds in nearby trees. Of course, the sunsets are gorgeous. Without doubt, Playa Blanca is one of the most agreeable and whitest beaches in all of Costa Rica. The sand is soft, the water is clear, the waves are gentle, and best of all, it is only a short walk down the hill. I look forward to my return. Forest

Paradise and Luxury!

Get ready for the vacation of a lifetime. The property was gorgeous and well equipped. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Shirleny and her family were courteous, responsive and readily available at all hours. She has some great recommendations and she knows the area backwards and forwards. The area is stunning, and you won't want to leave Playa Blanca. Rent golf carts to get around the neighborhood. Eat some fabulous food in Jaco Beach. Play golf and fish out of Los Suenos. Swim in the beautiful warm waters. This property is the definition of "Pura Vida." Go there as soon as you can.

Costa Rica experience

To clear up any confusion on this property I would like to state that this is a private residence in a residential community called PUENTE LEONA. Upon arrival there are 4 Security check points before arriving at the property. The photos are extremely vague and are not accurate to the property. If you are renting this property for more than 10 guest once you arrive you will come to find that all the units are separate. The main house unit with the pool only has two bedrooms. The second floor has 3 units that are apartment style with 2 bedrooms each. We were extremely disappointed because we thought there were 7 bedrooms in one house. This was not the case. We definitely felt like we were at a motel. Each units beds were extremely uncomfortable (like sleeping on rocks.) The apartment units did not have any hot water for 6days! (Cold showers) One of the units air-conditioning stopped working altogether. And had a ceiling leak The entire trip (we have photographs.) On Monday the pool cleaner arrived with no notification and just entered the property. He only cleaned one pool not both. This property was supposed to come with a housekeeper and she only cleaned the main house (2bedrooms) not the units on the second floor and it was still dirty. The property manager stated that the airport ride to and from the airport was $18 each person each way. When we were ready to go home she brought a driver and he tried to charge us $240 for three people to go back to the airport. We were told by the security check points that we could not call ubers to take us to the airport by request of the manager. Luckily the Uber drivers that we used during the trip knew a way to get inside of the property to get us to the airport and we were able to get a cheaper ride. From the first day there were several people already on the property as if they weren’t done cleaning and someone was using the kitchen to heat food. W/ COVID-19 we were not expecting anyone in the unit when we were checking in. There were NO check IN instructions and the WIFI CODE ON THE WALLS WERE NOT ACCURATE. Everyday the manager called me and messaged me asking me a million questions. She also charged us $300 for maybe $100 worth of groceries. We wanted to get a rental car but she offered golf carts to maneuver around the property. She told us $7 per day for 5 of us. Once the trip is over she charged $70 per day which is way more than a rental car. And the cart broke down on us! Not worth 10k !!!
