INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

The property was well furnished however there was a musty smell in the condoAlmost smelled like water damage that we could not get rid ofThe only complaint was the parking garage. Our parking pass expired the day before we checked out and it was very complicated to get out of the garage and leave panhandle getaways needs to look into this because we talked to other people who had the same issue. Your parking pass should be good until checkout time on the day that you leave.

Odor, hard bed, dirty floor

First off I never leave reviews and I felt this was necessary. The room had an odd odor we noticed as soon as we opened the door. We thought it might go away but, we noticed throughout our stay it was worse during breakfast and lunch. Maybe the smell is from the restaurant downstairs? I had to sweep the dirty floor myself, Mattress was extremely hard, first bathroom had a sewer/septic smell. First time staying across the rd from the beach so be aware you can hear cars and music all night.
