Pristine Gulf View Condo / Newest PCB Resort / Beach Access

Perched on the 22nd floor of the Calypso III Resort, this immaculate fully furnished condo sleeps 4 with two full bathrooms and provides breathtaking views of the Gulf. Unparalleled beach access directly within the resort via a private, covered skyway (or simply walk across the street). Enjoy the convenience of being near the vibrant Pier Park shopping and PCB restaurant scene, just steps away. The resort offers a full-service restaurant (or scan the QR code in the condo and have your food delivered directly to your door), fitness center, and coffee and ice cream shop, all situated around a sprawling zero-entry pool. The family-friendly resort is the perfect place to spend your next beach vacation. The oversized balcony is perfect for watching fireworks and all the events that Pier Park has to offer! Calypso Tower Ill is the newest and closest condo to Pier Park.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are offered during your stay (in condo/ with carry straps).

The condo comes well-appointed with all the necessities (and more) to be your home away from home, including linens, towels, bathroom essentials, a full washer and dryer, and kitchen essentials.

A parking pass will be sent to you about a week before your stay. You will need to PRINT it out and leave it on your dash - you will use it to get in and out of the garage. The condo door access code will be sent a few days before arrival.

1 person in your party must be 25 years of age per resort policy - no exceptions - immediate removal from property with no refund.

Beautiful, clean, place with great views and the best customer service!! Danelle the host was wonderful! Very quick responses and even makes it extra special with a welcome gift! Condo was very well equipped with everything you need even beach chairs and umbrellas which were so convenient! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in October 2025! The condo was beautifully decorated and spotless—exactly as pictured. We loved the easy beach access through the walkway and the convenient location. The provided beach chairs and thoughtful touches like Keurig K-cups and extra toothbrushes were much appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus, too.Danelle, the host, was very accommodating and easy to reach through Messenger. The only thing we’d suggest is adding blackout curtains in the bedroom, as quite a bit of light came through the blinds. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and we’d definitely stay here again!
