Peak 9 closes Quick Silver Lift sometime late April. After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak 7/8 remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (date subject to ski conditions).
* Hot tubs/Sauna in building are currently under renovation. Additional hot tubs are available across the street at the Upper Village Pool.
This condo is located next door to the 1 bedroom Trails End #406 we own (www.vrbo.com/1842749). It is perfect for families or friends that want to travel together but may want separate accommodations. They are both located at the end of the hall and very private away from the general traffic. Each unit if perfect size for a couple or small family.
LOCATION: One of the most sought after ski in/ski out locations in Breckenridge. Step outside your back door and you are right on the Silverthorne Ski Run and the 6 person Quick Silver chairlift. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and Main St. The Ski School (both adults and kids) & the Children's Nursery are located next door at the Village at Breckenridge. So convenient.
PARKING (Free):
One of the FEW condos in Trails End with a ** Designated Private Parking Spot ** in the underground heated garage. It will stay safe, secure and snowless!
Ski/Snowboard storage is located downstairs in the lobby and a beautiful slate coat rack awaits as you enter the condo. 575 sq ft.
Living Room: Elegant alder wood crown molding surround the main room with a sliding door opening up to a large balcony overlooking Peaks 8 & 7 and up north toward town and Frisco from the 4th floor. New leather sofa with queen memory foam sleeper sofa look over to a gorgeous stone encased electric fireplace, 46' flatscreen TV and the mountains outside. Enjoy various games, books and puzzles located in the uniquely designed TV stand. A round table with 2 dining chairs plus 2 barstools along the counter provide plenty of eating and seating space.
Kitchen: Granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need should you decide to stay in and cook. Stainless steel brand new quiet Bosch dishwasher. Stainless steel new stove and microwave. All the basics like a crock pot, Keurig and regular coffee maker, utensils, blender, pots/pans, wine glasses, etc.
Bedroom: One of the few units in Trails End with a KING size bed! Anti allergenic MEMORY FOAM mattress. Pillows all have anti allergenic covers. Enjoy watching TV from your bed on the 30 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. Another sliding door also opens up to the large balcony where you can enjoy superb views of the mountains while lying in bed!
Bathroom: Granite counter tops, custom espresso cabinetry and decorative tiles. Brushed nickel Moen fixtures in this shower and bath combo. Hairdryer.

Indoor/outdoor hot tubs and sauna on site. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs across the street at the Upper Village Pool.
There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance, help if you are locked out, etc) our management company will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 5 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84 and will be added after booking. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $84. Please let us know ahead of time.
Our management company for key pick up is off site about 5 minutes from the condo. When checking out, keys may be left in the room.
We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle service and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.
