Nicely appointed condo. Great location- within easy walking distance of Colonial Williamsburg. The property is apparently a timeshare-- which we did not realize. On-site "activity director tried to provide us coupons to local (touristy) restaurants if we would listen to a presentation. Ugh. Otherwise the visit went well

Great Distance from Colonial Williamsburg; Timeshare Pitch Detracted Some from Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The room, facilities, and space were perfect for our group of 6. It's within walking distance from Colonial Williamsburg and even if you end up on the other end of the park, you can catch the bus to a very close stop. Room and facility was clean and well equipped. I read in the reviews about the timeshare pitch when you check in. That is certainly still valid, and while I was prepared, it was still an annoyance as they asked multiple times on check in and also called during our stay. The property is also adjacent to a railway, which led to some noise at random times throughout the day. I was so tired from enjoying CW it didn't affect my sleep though!
