Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Take out any food from cupboards, fridge and freezer. Put garbage by the door on the outside. Turn off the thermostat and all televisions. Make sure all windows are closed.

Return umbrellas to the umbrella stand by the door. Leave gate remote on the credenza by the door. It is $120 to replace.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No disruptive level of noise that will interfere with the surrounding community.

No eating in the bedrooms.

Do not sit with wet swim suit on the sofa in the living room or chair in the living room or master bedroom.

Beautiful condo!

Tasha’s condo is beautiful. Very modern with new/modern appliances. Tasha thought of everything regarding amenities…plenty of towels, phone chargers in every room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in both bathrooms, Keurig and coffee pods, coolers for the beach.The only thing missing that would have been nice is a grill. We did talk to some owners at the pool that said there used to be a community grill but they weren’t sure what happened to it!We had an awesome stay…I would recommend renting a car if you stay here. You can walk to a couple restaurants and the grocery store is right next door, which is nice, but it is pretty far to a beach. We took the bus for the first couple days but the buses only run until like 6:00 pm. Was glad we rented car because we got to see so much more of the island.People in Nassau are very friendly. We felt very safe here.Tasha was AWESOME….replied to our messages very promptly.We would stay again.

Trip to Cable Beach

Probably the nicest and most well equipped rental we've ever stayed in. Tasha is an amazing host and the unit was beautifully decorated.

The neighborhood is called Westridge, a residential area in Cable Beach. The condo is in a small, boutique style community with a pool and a cabana. The perfect location for those looking for great beaches as many are just minutes away. Conveniently located next to a grocery store, bank, and liquor store. Baha Mar is also minutes away where you can enjoy nightlife, fine dining and a casino. The international airport is just minutes away as well.
