Beachfront Estate rental includes 5 individual and private beachfront apartments all overlooking a gated and huge courtyard that is perfect for weddings or other special events; houses up to 22, events for nearly 50 guests. The estate is rented here as a full Estate (all 5 apartments together) to one group. If you need an additional studio apt that could be possible. For those needing 1 or more of the 5 apts for extra nights, that is also a possibility. PLEASE do not request to book a without discussing if PP is right for you. After we understand what your looking for, then we can secure your dates. If you make a reservation request prior to talking with us, we will decline any booking request you make. All 5 private are 2 bedroom apartments. All the 2 bedroom apt have fully stocked kitchens and a large living/common area with a pullout futon. They all have smart TVs and have ceiling fans in each bedroom including the living room. The Penthouse apt is double the size of the other 4 apts. Each apt has its own private balcony overlooking the courtyard/beach and views across the Caribbean all the way to the Aguadilla airport/golf course. Every apt/bedroom has split unit ACs along with a large private balcony where you can talk with all your family/friends grilling/playing or in hammocks inside the beachfront courtyard and BBQ areas.

Pelican Point is located in the middle of Sandy beach, where everyone wants to be and a favorite for locals. There are only a few beachfront rentals on the famous but small Sandy beach area, almost everything else is a hotel-style room beside Pelican Point. Rates are often as low as $45/Person/Night for your share of the estate and intended to be rented here as a full Estate. Perfect for reunions, birthday parties, office parties, anniversaries or weddings, etc. Rates are discussed for wedding parties and carry an approximate $1,000-$4,000 surcharge for reasons of doubling the guest counts and extra care we give.

Pelican Point is where the locals come to vacation so make sure you book early as it's typically booked months in advance. Wake up, set up in bed, and watch the endangered Humpback Whales and huge Leatherback Turtles from bed without your feet ever touching the floor. Fantastic Fish Tacos, Topas, burgers, seafood and lots of local flares, and even a Thai restaurant within walking distance.

Activities:
Horseback tours along the beach, spectacular sunsets, along with being rated the 2nd best place for jewelry grade sea glass in the world on the borders of Sandy Beach. Rincon and Sandy Beach is also known for its fantastic nightlife, great surf, and simply where even the locals want to vacation. Visit the only US rain forest along with many other special places like Gilligan's Island, which is within an hour. Most guests rarely leave the grounds but for those wanting more, there is great hiking, mountain biking, caves, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, diving, sunset sailing cruises, and some of the best surf spots within 1,500 miles. Pelican Point Estate actually hosted Rincon's only 2010 Rip Curl Pro's surf-sanctioned event.

Pelican Point is probably known best for the many (on the beach) weddings we host out front. Receptions and our pig roast rotisseries (which can accommodate over 50 people on the grounds) are typically held in our beachfront private courtyard. We also have numerous business events, birthday parties, retreats, surf camps, or celebrations held in the courtyard where the huge BBQs and kitchen prep area keep everyone partying. This is where most guests spend 85% of their awake hours, telling us they don't want to leave as they can see all of Sandy Beach and everything happening from there.
