Spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath penthouse condo with breathtaking ocean views from every room and mountain views from the rooftop deck. The primary suite has a private balcony, and the rooftop features lounge seating, a grill, and a powder room. Enjoy resort-like amenities including a pool, basketball and tennis courts, and poolside gazebo. Just steps from the beautiful Punta Tuna Reserve—your perfect coastal escape awaits!
The space
24 hour gated community. The grounds are monitored and maintained 7 days a week. Guest will have access to the in ground pool on the first level, gazebo with tables and chairs, basketball court and tennis court. Right across the street from the development is the entrance to the Punta Tuna Reserve which provides a short 3 min walk to the water.

Main pool and common areas on the first level of the development are opened to all guests.
Other things to note
Only authorized guests would be provided access to enter the development.

Our stay was awesome. The views are spectacular. You can’t get better breezes or views of the ocean, beaches, mountains and the lighthouse. The Casa Azul is spacious, airy, with an awesome master suite with its own balcony. The rooftop terrace it devine. Close of major tourist sites and awesome gastronomy. Well recommended

Amazing Stay!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo was exactly as described - spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the ocean. The location was perfect for exploring the island, with great beaches, restaurants, and shops all within a short drive.The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. They provided a lot of local recommendations, which helped us discover some hidden gems. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we cooked a few meals at the condo and enjoyed them on the balcony while watching the sunrise and sunset.I would visit again!
