Fantastic location. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Close to highways for day trips to activities. Rooftop patio was very nice! Would stay again!
We loved this apartment. Very well appointed with high end everything! Super easy check in and having secure parking on-site was great! Terrific neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again!
The apartment was awesome. Modern and new amenities. Located in a newly renovated part of town. Close to diverse food options and a grocery store. The owner was very efficient with communications and prompt when needed as well. Would stay again.
Place was nice and very clean. Beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Only negative is if you are unfamiliar with alley use/parking (like me) its a little confusing to find it. Overall a good experience, thanks!
Beautiful Apartment / Hotel in a trending vibrant Location
Accommodations were very clean and modern. The rooftop balcony with grills and fire pit was relaxing. The location couldn't have been better for walking the historic neighborhood and visiting all of the shops and restaurants. Being pet friendly, and having a park to walk and exercise the dog directly across the street was a nice bonus. The secure completely enclosed parking garage made loading and unloading convenient and safe. Thanks, for a wonderful stay.
Perfect 10 all around!
We stayed here for 9 nights and loved the building, the 2 bedroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. We walked to tennis courts, parks, restaurants, and had easy access to I-70 to the mountains and to downtown Denver. I rate it a solid 10!
The room is very nice, clean, new. It’s located in a hotel which is strictly online check in, no front desk. The location is convenient to downtown and is on a good restaurant street. You will need a rental car to get downtown and to most places of interest. I would recommend
We were pleasantly surprised at the neat and super clean modern take on a vacation place. This location is adorable with multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beds were comfy and everything super sleek and clean. I would suggest the host add a pair of scissors to the supply drawer. It’s surprising how many times we needed them.
We came to Denver to celebrate our son’s engagement to his beautiful girlfriend. Such a nice condo to stay in while we were in town, only 10 minutes away from our son, and easy to get Lyft back & forth. We love the location of the Berkeley, and restaurants were delicious and only short walk from us. The condo was furnished perfectly with plenty of linens, and kitchen essentials. We will be back!!
The property appears to be very new- it was clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop area was great- with nice views & an easy to use fire pit. It was in close walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, and cute shops. Easy to get an Uber/Lyft- and just a short ride to other hip spots in Denver. Only suggestion- needs an extra mirror- hard for 3 people to get ready with just a single small mirror in the bathroom! :-)
The good, the better and one bad
Place is super clean and possibly -actually definitely -the one place i ever rented that had the best kitchen set up ever - now i didnt cook much but it had everything. The kitchen items were clean, new and NOT broken!!

Bed so comfy but sheets a little weird - not in a bad way just different dont know how to explain - by no means a deal breaker

High end amenities with great location, but lacking a little common traveler needs
Gorgeous place with high end everything from appliances to faucets and shower. Very sleek and clean. Great location and great with included garage. A little confusing to locate due to parking being off an alley in the back, but once we found it, all easy. For us, a group of 3 women, we wish there was more than the one mirror in the bathroom (and at least one full length!) and more hangers--obviously easy to remedy. It would have made life much easier also if the shower wasn't clear glass so we could at least have more than one person in the bathroom at a time getting ready. The bathroom was beautiful, but not really functional for groups of people. Other than that, we loved the neighborhood and it was close to every place we wanted to go. And great communication with instructions by management.
