SHORT WINTER WITH LEISURE AND SAFETY!

The property has a bedroom and its window overlooks a beautiful mountain. It is very cozy and decorated with great affection. It also has a kitchenette with the basics, such as microwave, electric oven and kitchen appliances for four people to eat light meals, because we understand that this place is to enjoy. We have accommodation for four people in separate single beds and a bathroom with very hot water.

Lugar incrível

Condomínio com excelente infraestrutura para adultos e sobretudo famílias com crianças. O apartamento é funcional e acomodou muito bem, no meu caso, um a casal com uma criança de 4 anos. Funcionários atenciosos e ambiente acolhedor. Pretendo voltar.

O lugar e incrível. Já e a terceira vez q alugo... O anfitrião é atencioso. Tudo ok. Fora um dos porteiros um pouco importuno os demais funcionário são muito prestativos.

O quarto em si é ótimo, e a construção é bastante aconchegante. É bem apertado para 4 pessoas, mas para 3 ou 2 pessoas seria excelente. Recomendo.

Adoramos tudo. Condomínio maravilhoso com funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Flat pequeno como dito no site, mas para quem vai a passeio, isso não é problema, até porque o condomínio têm outras áreas amplas para ficar a vontade. Não temos o que reclamar.

Muito boa opção na serra

O anúncio corresponde à realidade. Para quem quer relaxar na serra esse apartamento que fica dentro de um condomínio é uma boa opção. O condomínio é muito bonito e tem um restaurante onde pode-se fazer todas as refeições com preços bem em conta. Como eu saí bastante, não pude aproveitar tudo, mas valeu a pena. Detalhe: precisa estar de carro, pois assim se chega rápido ao centro.

Superou minhas expectativas

Tudo em conformidade com o anúncio, acrescido de um ambiente aconchegante, limpo e organizado, otimizando o espaço. Temia por cheiro de mofo ou de ambiente fechado, mas para grata surpresa tudo cheiroso, inclusive roupa de cama e colchões e travesseiros com capa impermeável. O condomínio é um espetáculo a parte e muito bem cuidado. O proprietário muito claro e de fácil comunicação, assim como o administrador do condomínio. Muito próximo ao centro de Corrêas e Itaipava. O único ponto negativo, que não comprometeu a viagem e que o proprietário não tem nenhuma culpa, foram algumas crianças correndo e falando alto no corredor, que poderia ser resolvido conversando com os responsáveis e/ou com o administrador, mas preferir não fazer. Pretendo retornar no verão para curtir a piscina e as cachoeiras.

Apto pequeno, mas com boa infraestrutura para ficar pouco nele e assim aproveitar os atrativos do condomínio e da região. Creio que estava certo tempo fechado, precisou de uma limpeza básica. Equipe de funcionários competentes e atenciosos. Proprietário atencioso, deu detalhes do imóvel e da localização que facilitou encontrar o mesmo. Indico e voltaria.

Apartamento limpo, organizado e funcional!

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito pelo proprietário. Tudo muito organizado, a decoração super simpática e o condomínio é um espetáculo à parte. Trata-se de um refúgio há uma hora e meia do Rio de Janeiro. Eu e minha família gostamos muito da infraestrutura do local. A piscina é maravilhosa. Muita natureza, clima agradável e um local super tranquilo. Voltaremos!
