Welcome to our spacious, newly renovated retreat in the quiet Edison Park neighborhood of South Bend. This cozy home is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the convenience of walking 1 mile to the University of Notre Dame, or take a short drive downtown for dining and entertainment. Whether you're here for work or play, our retreat offers comfort and a prime location close to all that South Bend has to offer.

This beautiful home is located just 1 mile from the University of Notre Dame and local restaurants. (ask me for recommendations)! It's also just a short drive from downtown South Bend! m
We can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, making it the perfect house for (football games, group getaways, golf outings, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette, etc)!
The home has been freshly renovated including brand new fixtures and appliances. Enjoy all of the amenities including a fully furnished home, laundry on site, 2 big screen Roku TV's, a well-equipped kitchen, and a quiet backyard!
