Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
With room for up to 11 guests, this cabin features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. The secluded master suite sits on the upper level with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms offer king and queen beds, while the bunk room with twin bunks creates a cozy space for families or groups. Each room is outfitted with soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades to ensure restful nights.
Living spaces
The open living room welcomes you to unwind on an oversized sectional and enjoy movie nights on the 70” Smart TV. Large windows fill the great room with natural light and mountain views, while a reading nook offers a quiet corner for coffee or a good book. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected when needed.

Cook and gather in the fully equipped kitchen, designed for shared meals and conversation. Two dining tables and a breakfast bar provide plenty of space to dine together. You’ll find cooking basics, modern appliances, and a coffee station to start your mornings right.

Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.
This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!
Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!
While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and will incur a minimum fine of $500.
