Sleeping arrangements
This cabin accommodates up to 11 guests across four bedrooms with eight beds and three full bathrooms. The upper level holds a private master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the mountains. Two additional bedrooms feature another king bed and a queen bed. The bunk room offers twin bunks, providing a cozy setup for families or groups. Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades support restful nights, while three bathrooms ensure convenience for larger parties.
Indoor spaces
The main living room is designed for gathering, with an oversized sectional, a 70” Smart TV, and a reading nook framed by large windows. A bright great room flows into the dining space and kitchen, keeping everyone connected. A washer and dryer are included in the main floor bathroom for extended stays.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are available, along with dishes, silverware, and glassware. Small appliances like a toaster, hot water kettle, and coffee maker add convenience. Meals can be enjoyed at two dining tables, a breakfast bar, or with a cup from the stocked coffee station.
Outdoor living
Step outside to fresh mountain air and panoramic views. The patio is furnished for relaxation, with a BBQ grill and utensils ready for evening cookouts. As the day winds down, gather around the fire pit or relax in the hot tub beneath the stars.

Across the driveway, a converted historic barn serves as a game room with foosball and open space for fun. Inside the cabin, board games, a pack ’n play, and a high chair make the home welcoming for families. Babysitter recommendations are also available for added convenience.
Comfort & safety
Heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans help regulate comfort year-round. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

The Harris Park neighborhood offers peaceful seclusion while remaining just 8.5 miles from Highway 285. Scenic drives lead to lakes, hiking trails, and opportunities for wildlife spotting. This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!
Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!
While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
