not awful , not the best

It was a nice place to stay and everyone very friendly. Some things that was a little upsetting was the bed in our room was broke, most of the lay out chairs at the pool were broke, the service at the eating place was very bad. I had to wait 20 minutes for just sauce. Very packed on the beach because it is three towers. But overall we enjoyed our vacation.

Thank you for your feedback, Ashley. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your vacation overall and that our team left a positive impression. That said, we regret to hear there were some aspects of your experience that didn’t meet expectations. While some items—like the pool seating and beach crowding—are managed by the resort itself, your note about the bed has been shared with our team so it can be addressed promptly. We’re always striving to improve and truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the areas where we can do better. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience next time.
