This luxurious three bedroom condo is located in a gated community in the city of Santiago. Conveniently located 15 minutes away from the airport (STI), easy to get to shopping malls, casino's, night life entertainment, and only 45 minutes away from Puerto Plata beaches.

Located on the third floor of newly build gated condominium, this cozy three bedroom unit overlooks a gorgeous tropical garden from the entrance balcony and full kitchen window.The condo is equipped with tree air conditioning, wifi, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and balcony. All rooms are fully furnished and have lots of closet space with air conditioners.

Within the community you will find two pools and a gym. We ask our guest to be mindful and respectful when utilizing these amenities since there are families that live in the community.
There will be someone who you can contact at any time for assistance or information. During your stay there is no smoking, partying, or pets allowed in the apartment. In the event anything is damaged the renter is responsible to cover the cost for replacing or fixing broken property. We hope that your visit to DR is a memorable and safe one :)

The initial apartment booked on the site was not available when i arrived. I was attempted to be placed in another unit. The unit was not clean and they had to find a third unit which was acceptable.

The location was awesome. The view was breathtaking. Apartment is large and really clean. Communication with them was easy and prompt, 24 hour security is a bonus. I would stay here again and again for sure. You won't be dissappointed at all!

A great host and fantastic location. Literally steps away from restaurants, bars, mall supermarkets and many other fun activities and fun things to do. Very secure. Beautiful apartment With a king , queen and two twin beds with all the amenities and gorgeous grounds. Every detail was as advertised also had chromecast on the tvs so I was able to stream my netflix with no problem.

Ramon's apartment in Santiago

Our rental experience was great. The apartment is beautiful, the area was very convenient to everything we had to do while in Santiago. Ramon's Nepew Bryan was a pleasure, he helped us so much and even got us a great car rental. We would recommend this apartment to our friends. NOTE: It is a 3 floor walk up, important for those who can not do this. Grancias for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing safe, spacious and fully equipped condo!

The condo is in a gated community and extremely safe. The unit is well maintained very spacious and fully loaded with everything you could need to feel at home. Each bedroom has an AC unit. The pictures are very accurate. The unit is located 15mins from the airport. There is a mini market that delivers groceries directly to your unit. The pool is clean but needs chairs and working umbrellas (no fault of owner). We were a party of four adults and booked our stay for five nights; when we decided to extend our stay after returning from Punta Cana, we didn’t hesitate to book another two nights. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this lovely condo! Carmen (New York - USA)

Great Place in a Great Location

The property looks exactly as it does in pics, very clean and spacious. It was close to Supermarkets and Nightlife. The complex is secure and safe, with a decent gym and pool. And Bryan made sure that I was good to go. I definitely plan to stay again!

Amazing Place and Brian provided A+ Service

First of all, Brian was AMAZINGLY! He handles the property management for the unit we were in. He is a "FIRST RATE CONCIERGE"! Our flight arrived late to Santiago, yet he was still able to pick us up from the airport and help us to settle into the the apartment. Brian accommodated all of our needs and checked in with us daily to ensure our comfort. Our stay was 18 days and this spacious apartment felt like home within the first few days! It is located in a very secure complex, so you'll feel safe. This was very important for my wife and I, since it was our first time traveling out of the country with our kids. The security in this complex is "top notch"! There are also many amenities in the complex. There is a swimming pool, playground and an exercise facility with REAL equipment to get a great workout (not just a treadmill). In addition, there is a amazing view of the city and the mountains! The complex is located within 10-15 minutes of grocery stores/shopping centers and only 20-25 minutes from the mountains! We would definitely come back!!! -Dud (USA)
