The host has excellent communication skills and is very personable. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us and quite convenient. The water heater did fail, but the host replaced it the next day. We will be back for more adventures. Thank you to Michael & Gus who are exceptional hosts!

Excellent location, there were plenty of nearby restaurants, bodegas, coffee, etc. Everything we needed was provided. The snacks and water cooler were awesome to have. Beds were cozy and comfortable. It was nice to have racks to hang our clothes.

Great place! Everything as advertised except the location, which is not so near Prospect Park — it’s on 4th Avenue near the Union Street subway, which is actually very convenient. Host was super communicative and check in was a breeze. Also note the paucity of windows, if that matters to you.

Wonderful apartment and great location! It was perfect for our family vacation to NYC. It certainly exceeded our expectations! The apartment has all the amenities and is in a very nice area. Walk up to 5th street if you have time for a meal or drinks in Brooklyn.The subway stop is right around the corner, about 15 minutes to Wall Street and 25 minutes to Midtown Manhattan! the Host was very responsive and helped out with recommendations for the area. We will be recommending this apartment to any of our friends visiting NYC and will stay here again when visiting!
