Bella Casa - 5 Bdrm on the Beach & Private Plunge Pool!

Bella Casa is a Beachfront Villa with one of the best locations in all of PCB. There are two queen size beds in the downstairs bedroom, a king in the second bedroom on the second floor, two queens in the third bedroom on the second floor, and a king size bed in the third story bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private balcony. Ceramic tiled floors all throughout the lower floor as well as the laundry room. Bedroom (1) with 2 queen sized beds and private bathroom is located on the first level of this home. Also on the entrance level is a 2 car garage with plenty of room for storing your extra beach gear, jet ski's or motorcycles. The kitchen features solid surface counter tops, large serving bar, and seated dining for 10. Gulf views can be seen from the kitchen and the living area which leads out to the balcony that over looks a fenced area on the beach - great for kids who want to be play in the sand! There are multiple panoramic views from the 3 large private balconies, which is great for dolphin watching. These spectacular views can be viewed from the Master Bedroom and the Penthouse room which has its own private bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony overlooking the emerald green waters. We know you will enjoy your stay at BELLA CASA. Parking for 3 cars MAX

Loved our vacation. Small disappointments

We were very satisfied with the communication and flexibility we had with the owner. The house is beautiful but we did have some disappointing finds. The plunge pool is NOT temperature regulated, it's just a broken hot tub holding water. The Jacuzzi tub does not work and lights around the house didn't work. The sandy fenced in "play area" was hardly a place I would have allowed my kids to play. The houses around us were in poor shape (still owned by Ben's). Birds were living in the roof of the other house and had been leaving their droppings all over the balconies and grill. These inconveniences did not negatively effect our vacation and we would come back to Bella Casa just with better expectations.

Family vacation

We enjoyed everything that the house had to offer. It was beautiful and clean. Made lifelong memories and hope to come back again. The Alibi bar/restaurant was great. They had wonderful food and great service.

Friend-cation

We arrived in town earlier than check-in time so visited The Alibi across the street. As soon as the cleaning crew left, we’ll before the 4 PM check-in time, we were sent the code. The house was better than the description. Everything worked as expected. We were surprised when we arrived and found the property had a fridge in the garage. The entire house was clean and stocked as stated online. Would recommend to others. Already looking forward to coming back.

Excellent house

We had a great time & location was excellent. Excellent view & back door beach front. No crowds on beach so we were able to enjoy it. I gave it a 4 star for cleanliness due to the sleeper couch not being aired out. When we opened it there were a few bugs-a spider & ant. We didn't use it as there were plenty of beds available. Only other thing was that the spa was at 92 degrees - we wished it would've gotten hotter but didn't bother us enough to call maintenance. Overall, it allowed us to have a great experience & create long lasting memories.
