ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 3000 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with foosball table and large 55 inch HD flat screen. "55 inch HD flat screen in Living room as well. 8 Flat Screen Tv's in All. every bedroom comes with a flat screen tv- With over 2000 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 800 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), The Fish Carlton is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! This property was the perfect location!! Right on the beach with a pool and hot tub was so nice. We had a few issues during our stay but the host was incredibly responsive and was quick to fix any problems we had. The dishwasher definitely needs replaced soon. We tried our best to clean it but it still smelled. Also would recommend having exterminators coming in for the Palmetto bugs, there were quite a few that we saw. (However we know these are a problem in Florida so didn’t let this negatively affect our opinion of the house). Everything was pretty clean for the most part, we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely great deal! My husband wanted to have his siblings reunion, so we booked this house for 19 people but only 14 were able to make it and it was very good. His family mostly seniors, so house on the beach was very important because just several steps to the ocean. This house has a pool and hot tub and all are very clean. House had enough rooms, very clean linens and blankets, 2 refrigerators and all of the dishes and pots that we needed. Grocery stores are 5 min away and the best one I liked is Aldi (German store and is excellent). We just shopped groceries and cooked every day fresh food. Amazing ocean view from some bedrooms. Ocean is amazing, clear water, white sand, no weeds and no big waves-was excellent for the family like ours. Everybody liked the stay and wanted to do it again next year, so I will think about it. However, if I would do it, I would book this house again for the group like mine.Renting company is very easy to reach and communicate with and they will help you ASAP with whatever issue comes. Great job, Kyle and his team!

This home exceeded our expectations. It is steps to the ocean, the pool and hot tub are beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the 2 living rooms was perfect for our college age and young adult children who played a lot of board and card games in the evening.

We had an absolute fabulous time at Kyle’s place. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Very spacious. Beds were comfy, the pool being heated was amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing. Direct beach access was main reason for renting but we spent more time on the patio.

The house was amazing. Clean !! I didn’t see one bug! Water pressure in the showers were good! Pool was clean and big. I don’t have complaints but I do have suggestions. The queen rooms upstairs could use updated beds, as they were a little sunken in. The first couple of steps leading down to the beach is very slippery and has a slight dip. It caused like 4 people in our group to fall. These will not however keep me from rebooking this beautiful house. Love love love it!!

Great for big groups!

My friends and I had an amazing stay in this house! It wasn’t ever too cramped and the two refrigerators really helped with food storage. Having the pool/hot tub so close to the beach was so nice. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at the Fish Carlton, the house was big enough for 10 adults and 3 littles! There are even two refrigerators in the house with plenty of room for large groups! The pool and deck was awesome and right on the beach 10/10 we will definitely be back !

House was awesome. Beautifully built with smart use of space. Plenty of room. Host was friendly & responsive. Loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening. Only complaint—beds in primary bedrooms were terribly uncomfortable. It’s time to invest in new mattresses.

Great Location

It was so great to walk right onto the beach from the porch. The beds downstairs were like sleeping on boxsprings. A few things that were broke but the management Kelly was so kind and very prompt on getting them fixed. Loved the location. Was very easy to get to.
