Completely private, fenced property. Convenient and comfortable family location.

Outstanding - very clean and comfortable. This was the perfect place for us to stay. After a busy day in Colonial Williamsburg, we really appreciated a quiet, easy to relax in, close to everything home-away from home. We hope to come back in the fall and we hope to stay here again.

The perfect location for traveling to Virginia's Historic Triangle. The house is well-equipped for visitors and very comfortable. It was close to the historic sites and there is a grocery store nearby. It was peaceful, despite being off a main road. There was plenty of parking and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the large kitchen which is open to the living room and dining room. We enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave. It felt like home in the short time were there. Do yourself a favor and book this home for your next trip!

Excellent location near Powahatan trail. Close to Jamestown Settlement and Colonial Williamsburg. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient.

This is an older home which has been significantly renovated. Appliances and fixtures are new and work well. The washer dryer combination operates as expected, but seems to be installed in a crooked manner. There are some minor things that I would suggest such as putting clocks and trash cans in all the bedrooms. There are no televisions in the bedrooms. The only television is located in the living room. The remote that was provided doesn’t function very well. It seemed to lag every time a button was pushed. Also there is no cable television. You have to log into apps to watch programming. The couches in the living room are difficult to get out of. They are fairly low and soft. The house is located close to Williamsburg amenities. There is a grocery store less than a mile from the house. I sent a message to the host requesting some information, but never received a reply.

A great place to stay! Technically a small house, it still felt very spacious for four people. Everything was clean and well kept. The property was beautiful and private. The location was also great; we never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get anyway. I would definitely recommend!

Felt like home very nice

We stayed here for 5 days. It it felt like home and was very close to all the locations to see in Williamsburg it was very nice inside and out. It has all the amenities that you would probably have at your house. All the VRBO reviews on its location we're very helpful and honest. Local brewery just down the street Frothy Moon that place good also. We will book again here if ever in the area on vacation.

I worked for 2 years remodeling and adding porch and deck updating everything to provide an unique experience I even instal sound systems 🙂

After a long day of touring local attractions or visiting loved ones, enjoy a refuge where you can rock on the front porch, cook a simple dinner, watch a movie, and get a great night's sleep to be ready for another day of exciting history and entertainment. Shopping amenities (grocery store, Starbucks, drug store, take out, gas station) within a couple of blocks. Private house all to yourself, and ample parking.
