Located in great location in Williamsburg, 5 minutes to Jamestown, 8 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg, in the heart of the Historic Triangle. Sleeps 6, and all comfort amenities included. Completely private, fenced property. Convenient and comfortable family location.

A great place to stay! Technically a small house, it still felt very spacious for four people. Everything was clean and well kept. The property was beautiful and private. The location was also great; we never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get anyway. I would definitely recommend!

Felt like home very nice

We stayed here for 5 days. It it felt like home and was very close to all the locations to see in Williamsburg it was very nice inside and out. It has all the amenities that you would probably have at your house. All the VRBO reviews on its location we're very helpful and honest. Local brewery just down the street Frothy Moon that place good also. We will book again here if ever in the area on vacation.

We loved having two bathrooms and a big kitchen that was well equipped. We spent time enjoying the deck and yard. All in all, one of the best vacation rentals I’ve had.

This was a great home to stay at while we visited the area over a long weekend. It was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at including some hotels. Great location, just far enough away from attractions to give you a break from people, but close enough to be convenient. The host was responsive and had good directions. Would stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this house-it was clean, had everything that we needed, was reasonably priced, and Armando was great at communicating, too! We also liked that it was so close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. In addition, there are several restaurants, and shopping nearby as well. We would love to return to the area , and would definitely book this home again if we do!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken when we arrived but we were able use one at Armando's other property until it was fixed. The location was great, close to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. It was nice having a farmer's market directly across the street.

I came from New York-Hampton's in 2014, I own a high-end remodeling business when I landed in Williamsburg I thought I'll use my skills and bought a little house needed love and care. I worked for 2 years remodeling and adding porch and deck updating everything to provide an unique experience I even instal sound systems 🙂

After a long day of touring local attractions or visiting loved ones, enjoy a refuge where you can rock on the front porch, cook a simple dinner, watch a movie, and get a great night's sleep to be ready for another day of exciting history and entertainment. Shopping amenities (grocery store, Starbucks, drug store, take out, gas station) within a couple of blocks. Private house all to yourself, and ample parking.
