We are parents of a Notre Dame student, class of 2027. We love spending time in South Bend and sharing our beautiful condo with other Notre Dame fans.
Why they chose this property
Stadium Village is the most sought after area in South Bend and the closest you can get to the stadium. With only 12 units in the complex it feels very private. We park our car when we arrive and walk everywhere (stadium, campus, eddy street, Martins).
What makes this property unique
This condo is perfect for large groups. With three separate seating areas, plus the garage and deck there is plenty of room to spread out. If the weather is bad we are close enough that you can tailgate in the garage and stay dry.
