This end unit townhome located in Barrier Dunes, a gated community adjacent to the St. Joseph State Park, is a great place to call home while on vacation. The property is decorated very nicely and is quite comfortably stocked with everything you will need on your beach getaway. Laid out perfectly for two couples or a small family of up to 6, you can enjoy the privacy of a top floor master suite with the additional bedroom located on the main level. This unit is located just steps from the community tennis courts and one of the two pools. You can enjoy drinking your cup of coffee on the deck while watching an exciting match of tennis or your children taking a swim. Also, the gulf front pool and the breathtaking beach of Cape San Blas is just a short walk away. Barrier Dunes is a friendly neighborhood for everyone to enjoy, including your pets, with amenities such as fishing ponds, children’s playground, tennis courts, a gulf front and interior swimming pool, clubhouse for gatherings and the ever-convenient pet stations for walking the dog. Since this unit is pet friendly you're welcome to bring your dog.
Floor Plan: Ground level-covered parking and foyer. 1st level – Main level consisting of living room with sleeper sofa, entrance onto balcony, TV, VCR/DVD, books and movies; dining and kitchen area; full bath and Bedroom 1-queen bed, TV/VCR and small balcony. 2nd level – Top floor master suite with king bed, sitting area with couch, TV, private balcony and a large master bath with double vanities, walk-in closet, laundry room, garden tub and separate shower stall. **Pet Friendly, max quantity, type, and additional fees do apply** *This neighborhood does not allow boats or trailers overnight or in the driveway. Awesome time!

We had a great week at Barrier Dunes! The unit was great! We had everything we needed…we did purchase a broom and dust pan and donated to the unit…it helped in tidying up and relocating some of the sand we brought in on our feet! Thanks for allowing us the privilege of staying in your unit!!!

Dirty silverware, dirty air return grill.. Q-tip laying on arm of chair. Carport/ parking area had not been cleaned. Needs curtain on entry door. Rental manager Pristine Properties are always good to work with however

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There are some items in this property that need attention. The sofa that makes into a bed needs to be replaced. Only children can sleep on it as the sofa/bed is in poor condition. Did appreciate the nice soft towels.

Girls Trip to Cape San Blas

This beach condo was exactly as described in the pictures. Pristine Properties were extremely helpful and available to answer any questions. The unit was clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils. The only issues we had were with WiFi and television connection. The wifi was very spotty and only worked some of the time. This made streaming on the provided Netflix nearly impossible. We were there to enjoy the beautiful beach and town so we didn’t mind the issue. I would recommend bringing your own hand-soap and dish detergent for the kitchen as well as dish rags. They had two dish towels, but no rags. Make sure you bring extra towels if you need to! We had 4 girls there for 5 days and they only provide 6 bath towels. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to visit again.

First trip to Cape San Blas

Our first trip to CSB was very enjoyable. The location of the rental was excellent; a very short walk to the beach, both pools and the tennis courts. The condo could use some updating, but was pretty reasonable for the price.
