The property is located one block from the waterfront & very close to Notre Dame Cathedral. It is a busy and popular location within walking distance to excellent dining and shopping as well as tourist attractions. The apt is secured with keyless codes entry which made it convenient for check in and coming and going. The furniture is very contemporary and comfortable. Two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a king bed all provided us with ample space and privacy. When we needed anything it was just an email away. Mgmt was quick to respond, professional and courteous. Would visit again!
The property is beautiful and the management responsive to needs. The furnishings are in great shape and the kitchen well appointed. When we had a request to an unexpected question during our stay, the team met it quickly and was in rapid communication. We would work with this company again, and they have multiple good properties in Montreal. The Old City location is ideal and near the Cathedral and many charming restaurants and services. We particularly enjoyed the steak house across the street and the stylish Greek restaurant looked very good too. We wouldn't usually come to Montreal for Mexican food but the owner-chef place around the corner on the waterfront was outstanding too.

Promising, yet disappointing
Thank you for the prompt response and attention before and during our stay. In addition, I would like to provide some feedback.Washer and Dryer are broken: Both are not functioning properly and need to be either replaced or repaired. It was really unfortunate for us because Montreal was the second pause in a 5 week long trip combining Work and Family and the washer and dryer were one of the criteria we needed for selection. However, we did appreciate the gesture to have some of our laundry done but it was far from idealShort in towels. We were missing two large towels ( we had a total of 4 ) and I ended up buying one more so we could all be covered.Noise ordinanceI believe that the noise ordinance in Montreal include 7:00 am to 9:00 pm; Please know that the evening of Friday the 30th there was a wild party taking place in the building that kept our entire party awake until 4:30 am. There was very loud music, shouting and screaming to the point that I almost called the police. We barely had any sleep and our last day in Montreal was pretty much a waste for us all. In addition, you may also want to notify future guests, that road construction starts at 5:30 am, right below our windows, including on Saturday and between the other guests party and the road work, it made is a couple of challenging days.Otherwise, the space was want we were looking for and unfortunately the experience was far from optimal.

Would NEVER stay here again!!!
First of all, the property manager, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful to resolve most of the issues we encountered. But, I would still NEVER stay here again. Ever!! The place was so disgusting. We originally picked this place for its location and size. We really wanted a kitchen, washer and dryer. After finding an inappropriate piece of confetti on the floor we assumed there must have been a bachelorette party or something prior to our arrival. This was found after the dried up puke on the side Toilet, the stove top was gross and something dripped down the front. The dishwasher was dirty. The kids socks were black just from walking on the floor for 15 mins. I started laundry and the washer didn’t work and made a horrible noise. The clothes came out soaked. So, I tried to throw them in the dryer and that didn’t work either. I complained to Kevin and luckily no one was in the apartment downstairs and he allowed me to use that washed and dryer for the night. Annoyed because this caused me to stay up doing laundry until 1am. We requested the cleaners come back and clean that night and they did. They claimed they changed all of the sheets again but that was a lie. They flipped one of the king sheets inside out. A contact lens was found on the side of the bed and floor. Between the late night noise from the bars and the earlier morning construction directly out the window sleep was constantly interrupted.
Wonderful location steps away from the many shops, restaurants, and historical sites of Old Montreal. The apartment was extremely warm, especially in the larger king-bed room; that, combined with the excessive noise from the street level (e.g. late-night bar patrons) well past 2am made sleeping difficult for our entire group. Beds were comfortable though, and the host was very responsive over the VRBO chat. The apartment would benefit from more thoughtful provisioning, as there were no cleaning products/tools provided and limited kitchenware.
