Enjoy this apartment fully equipped with all the needs to feel like you are in your perfect beach home, the area is the most pleasant and central in all of Puerto Vallarta, with restaurants, bars, cafes, and supermarkets around, a safe and quiet location, walking distance It has everything you could need, 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center.
Air conditioners and televisions are available in all areas for your comfort.
This is an apartment with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-Size bed, and the secondary room has a double-size bed. In the TV room area, there is a double-size sofa bed. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. The pool is located in the condominium opposite, about 30 meters (98 ft) away—it is not located in the same building!
