Experience Cathlamet like a local in this 4-bedroom house with private sandy beach on the Columbia River. Nearly floor-to-ceiling windows boasts a beautiful view. This property features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10 very comfortably) - two bedrooms downstairs and two up with a full bathroom on each level. Guests can relax and unwind in this serene space or take advantage of the public boat launch just a 1/4 mile from the property. Once you are in the water, you can keep your boat/kayak/jet ski moored within feet from the house at the private 58 x 8' aluminum floating dock complete with power (BYOBB - bring your own boat bumpers). There is even a retractable latter for the kids to swim right off the dock! In the evenings, settle in by the huge outdoor fire pit. Completely equipped kitchen with air fryer, gas stove, electric oven, cookware, and dishes as well as basic spices and condiments. Linens, soap, free Wifi, laundry facilities, and many family games - including a karaoke system! Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.

The mill across the river tests their emergency notification alarm every Wednesday at 12:00pm. Please do not be alarmed if you hear it. It is weekly.

My brother and I are honoring our dad's legacy by offering Puget Island Estates as a VRBO. This was his summer home and although we both live in Oregon, we wanted to keep it in our family. My dad always referred to it as the "cabin" although it is much more than that! We are humbled to be able to call it ours and love to share it's serene and calming atmosphere with guests!
